> Lost shipment refunds: 12 – 15 days, after verification of the package as “lost”.
> Weight dispute Refund: 5-7 Days, after confirmation from both parties, “Seller” and “Courier”.
> Account Close Refund : 15 Days, to reimburse the amount to your bank account.

Due to wrong pick up or delivery pin codes entered at the time of booking.

Yes, Shipyaari provides an option to change payment mode after the shipment has been picked. You can change the payment mode from “COD” to “Prepaid”, and from “Prepaid” to “COD”.
Seller can either raise a ticket from the Shipyaari portal to request change of payment mode or they can write an e-mail to [email protected] where our experts will get in touch with you.
