Job Title: Senior HR Operations Executive

Job Summary:

 

The HR Operations Executive is responsible for supporting and executing various HR operational activities within the organization. This role involves managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing support to employees and managers regarding HR-related matters.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

  • HR Process Execution:

    – Assist in the implementation and execution of HR processes and procedures (onboarding, employee data management, performance management and offboarding)
    – Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation
    – Support the HR team in delivering an efficient and effective HR service to employees, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner

– Collating salary inputs

 

  • HRIS and Data Management:

    – Utilize the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to input, update, and maintain employee data and records
    – Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and management reporting
    – Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and assist in data cleanup and reconciliation processes as needed

 

  • Compliance and Policy Adherence:

    – Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and ensure adherence to them
    – Assist in conducting HR audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
    – Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization

 

  • Employee Support and Assistance:

    – Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools
    – Assist in resolving employee queries and issues related to HR matters, such as benefits, leave, and payroll
    – Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive employee experience and timely resolution of employee concerns

 

  • HR Projects and Initiatives:

    – Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, employee engagement
    – Assist in the implementation of HR systems, tools, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
    – Contribute to the development and improvement of HR-related documentation, templates, and guidelines.

 

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices, including onboarding, employee data management
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in using HR software and tools
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to HR operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
