      Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


      • Proven Hunter for Business Development
      • Navigating revenue growth, client acquisition & account management
      • Identifying, qualifying & securing business opportunities thru various channels like D2C/B2C/B2B
      • Identifying industry opportunities for Shipyaari to be present and work closely to Marketing team to execute such events
      • Setting up new clusters/Zones/Cities with new Clients
      • Being proactive and quick learner
      • Multitasking skills to deal and close open leads
      • Writing compelling business proposals
      • Negotiating and closing sales deals
      • Retaining and growing existing businesses
      • Owning the collection process
      • Managing business profitability
      • Achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and keeping team lead apprised of the progress
      • Coordinating and guiding business generation activities with the other functions like Marketing, IT etc.


      **Any other responsibility as per discretion of management.


      Key Requirements:


      • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration required (MBA/Diploma preferred)
