Job Title: Sales Head – B2C & D2C

Scope of Work

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head – B2C & D2C to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.

The candidate will be responsible for managing direct consumer sales, developing sales strategies, handling customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective B2C & D2C sales strategies to increase revenue and customer base.
  • Generate leads through online and offline sales channels.
  • Manage end-to-end customer sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
  • Train, mentor, and manage sales executives/team members.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns professionally.
