Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Copywriter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in copywriting, particularly for social media, blogs, and websites to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be able to write compelling and engaging copy that aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging copy for various digital channels, including but not limited to social media, blog posts, website copy, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective messaging that meets the brand’s goals and objectives
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accurate and compelling messaging.
- Adapt writing style to different target audiences and channels.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engine rankings and follows best practices for online content
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and marketing to keep our content fresh, relevant, and engaging
- Proofread and edit your work to perfection (because let’s face it, typos are the enemy)
- Manage multiple projects like a boss while keeping your cool under pressure
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in copywriting, with a love for social media, blog posts, and websites
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with SEO and best practices for online content
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and collaborate
- Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- A sense of humour (because let’s face it, life is too short to be serious all the time!)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in copywriting/ content writing in B2B/ B2C sector.
