We are seeking a Sales professional with a passion for driving results and leading teams. In this role, you will take charge of achieving sales targets within your assigned territory, playing a pivotal role in the growth of our company. With a focus on E-commerce and local search domains, you will lead the acquisition and nurturing of new sellers, contributing to our expanding customer base. Your strong sales skills, exceptional communication abilities, and leadership qualities will be instrumental in motivating your team to succeed.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Possess strong sales skills, techniques, and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficient networking skills, motivational abilities, and team-building expertise.
- Exhibit self-organization, proactive initiative, and the capacity to make decisions independently.
- Proven expertise in SAAS-based product sales with added advantage of ERP & PoS sales in the retail industry.
- Display a profound sense of ownership and responsibility towards the organization, products, market, and sales targets.
- Analyse, develop, and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets while expanding the customer base.
- Collaborate with customers to comprehend their business needs and objectives.
- Foster and sustain robust, enduring customer relationships.
- Communicate value propositions effectively through proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to create impactful sales collateral.
- Participate actively in industry events to establish a robust professional network.
- Identify, train, and mentor team members to achieve sales targets.
- Lead by example, motivating the team to excel.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle the onboarding process of new sellers, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Acquire new sellers and drive their growth within the designated territory.
- Conduct store visits to facilitate onboarding and work on warm leads.
- Implement a range of sales techniques to onboard new sellers across multiple categories.
- Focus on making sellers go live and nurturing their growth.
- Thrive in a target-driven environment and excel in meeting objectives.
- Comfortable with data-driven approaches and deeply motivated to achieve targets.
- Capable of managing operations involving external partner teams, supported by strong communication skills.
- Proficient in relationship management and adept at collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Exhibit teamwork skills and possess a basic proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in E-commerce and local search.
- Post Graduate degree is an added advantage.
- Data-driven mindset and a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage operations involving external partner teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Thrives in a target-driven environment and exhibits a results-oriented approach.
